Environment artwork for Downtown Jam (the sequel to Downhill Jam).
My responsibilities in this project were to create and texture modular building kits. These textures are tileable and made to fit a 2m plane made inside 3ds Max. Using this system has allowed the team to mix and match buildings from each kit, and create bespoke buildings to go around each level.
The main issue during this process was making sure the textures were tiled correctly, as sometimes the texture would not match up. Getting the textures to match up was a timely process, but it enabled me to learn about UV transformations inside Substance Painter.
